One of my favorites bloggers not only has a gorgeous home filled with charming traditional elegance, but she’s a lovely lady with a sweet spirit, loads of decorating skills, and she takes great photos too! Hard to believe all that talent comes in one package but you’ll see what I mean when you visit Yvonne over at StoneGable Blog. Her home is absolutely to-die-for and I’m honored she’s letting me feature all her gorgeousness today!
Yvonne’s creamy dining room reminds me of a setting from a movie.
There’s so much elegance and charm, with fantastic architectural details.
Yvonne’s attention to detail is impeccable. From the drum shade chandelier to the feminine swirls on the bench upholstery, Yvonne pulls the look of her dining room together with a designer’s style and finesse.
Yvonne’s kitchen is a chef’s dream.
Again, notice the attention to detail … fancy corbels underneath the kitchen island’s overhang, a black farmhouse sink, glass front cabinets, and plenty of workspace surfaces. I never tire of ogling over Yvonne’s kitchen.
Even her kitchen pantry has a custom look with farmhouse appeal.
This is truly one of the prettiest, most functional kitchens I’ve ever seen!
Traditional elegance is evident throughout Yvonne’s bright and airy home.
I love that Yvonne added a fun animal print rug in her living room.
It’s those unexpected touches that personalize your home and make it charming …
… Like this amazing houndstooth chair in Yvonne’s family room.
I absolutely adore this chair! It adds so much character to the space.
Plenty of comfy seating here! Yvonne has the perfect home for entertaining guests, don’t you think?
Lucky Yvonne gets to sit out here on her porch …
… and drink in amazing views like this.
I’m a country girl at heart and to me, this is the most idyllic setting you could live in.
A charming vegetable garden with expansive pastoral views beyond … sigh.
Upstairs, you’ll find more traditional elegance in the bedrooms.
This special room resides in the peak of one of the home’s gables.
A traditional 4-poster bed takes up residence in this guest room.
Note that Yvonne added a bit of the animal element in here with a tiger print side table.
I hope you enjoyed all the traditional elegance at Yvonne’s lovely home!
Now head on over to StoneGable blog and pay her a visit.
