Sometimes when I find home tours to share, I think – this is my new favorite home! There seems to be no shortage of beautiful homes and today’s rustic lake home is definitely on my list of favorites!

I’m swooning over the big rusted wall clock! And I like the fact that the cabinets in the butler’s pantry are a different color than the kitchen cabinets. It creates a bit of depth.

Do you love leather chairs? I do, but I’m afraid to have leather chairs because of our kitties. They still have their claws and I fear they’d ruin the leather. But maybe not. Let me know if you’ve successfully partnered cats with leather in your own home!

Have you noticed the ceiling treatment throughout the home is the same? It’s a great way to tie one room into the next. The roman shades at the window of the entryway is what I’m looking to use in my family room. They’re so expensive though.
